LePub announced the appointment of Sonal Narain as Chief Strategy Officer for its Italian headquarter. In this role, Narain will report to Bruno Bertelli, CEO and CCO LePub Worldwide, leading the agency’s strategic vision and ensuring its offering continue to set the benchmark for creativity, excellence, and innovation.
Sonal is a global strategist who has built her highly awarded career across three continents working on iconic brands and delivering transformative campaigns. She combines cultural insight with data to design creative strategies that solve complex business challenges by driving behavior change. Her extensive interest in society, media, technology, and culture has fueled breakthrough projects and earned some of the industry’s top strategy honors. She has also applied this thinking beyond advertising to election strategy, tourism, destination and museum branding, public policy, and urban planning.
As CSO, Narain will lead LePub’s strategic direction across Italy, focusing on pioneering excellence in data & culture, communications, social media, and innovation strategy and turning big ideas into tangible results. She will drive and oversee the strategic vision for key global clients, ensuring the agency’s work is both creatively remarkable and strongly business impactful.

In her new role, Narain will lead the strategic vision, driving inspiration and shaping the vision behind major pitches, high-profile client work, and new growth opportunities. She will set the long-term strategic direction for client businesses, championing innovation while challenging the status quo, and serve as a thought leader on full-funnel marketing strategy, trends, and creative innovation. Partnering closely with clients, she will define business and brand goals by integrating data, cultural insights, and commercial objectives, while also strengthening capabilities across the agency to enhance the visibility and impact of LePub’s global offering.
